Tour the WRHS Facilities

This is a virtual tour of our station along with information on how you can take a real tour of the facilities.

Most of the WRHS Shows you see are produced in one of three locations. They are in Studio 152 at Ridgewood High School, the studios at Comcast Cable, and Studios A, B and C at Columbia College Chicago.

WRHS Studio 152:
The Television Studio Tour at WRHS studio 152 is a walking tour of the Ridgewood High School complex in Norridge, Illinois. Tours can be scheduled by contacting the Station Manager, Kevin Szaflik at (708) 697-5519 or by e-mail at kszaflik@ridgenet.org.
WRHS Studio 152 is housed in the Library (formerly the Instructional Materials Center). The station, last renovated in the fall of 1998, includes an office and production facilitites. Studio 152 production facilities include:

1 A/B Roll Editor (Intermediate Editing)
3 Cuts-Only Editors (Beginning Editing)
Avid Xpress Pro non-linear digital editor
Tape formats include Mini DV, 1/2" VHS, 1/2" SVHS and 3/4" U-matic.
