Responsibility and Respect at Ridgewood
This year Ridgewood is embarking on a school wide effort to improve the schools
climate by improving the way people treat each other. This effort is designed to help
students feel better about being at school and better about themselves by making this a
humanistic school. The adults are expected to model appropriate behaviors, and correct
students when they forget. We expect the students to do so as well, correcting each other
as well as any adult who is not exhibiting the behaviors we will be stressing. Our goal is
to make the four years students spend at Ridgewood both academically and socially
productive.
