New Food Service at Ridgewood

Ridgewood welcomes a new food service provider. This school year our lunch and new breakfast service will be provided by Aramark Food Services. This company was selected as a result of a study of those companies that submitted bids last spring. A committee that included three students visited schools where the bidders provided food service and chose Aramark.

Responsibility and Respect at Ridgewood

This year Ridgewood is embarking on a school wide effort to improve the school’s climate by improving the way people treat each other. This effort is designed to help students feel better about being at school and better about themselves by making this a humanistic school. The adults are expected to model appropriate behaviors, and correct students when they forget. We expect the students to do so as well, correcting each other as well as any adult who is not exhibiting the behaviors we will be stressing. Our goal is to make the four years students spend at Ridgewood both academically and socially productive.
