Rock Star Conrad Birdie’s been Drafted!
The Ridgewood Rebellion has reported that thousands of screaming
Conrad Birdie fans are devastated today after learning that their idol,
Conrad Birdie, is going into the army. Conrad had no comment after being
questioned about his numerous appeals, but his producer, Albert Peterson,
of the Almaelou music cooperation, had this to say: “Conrad is a fine
upstanding all American boy who isn’t afraid to face those bullets for
his country.” You can say farewell to Conrad Birdie this Thursday, Friday
and Saturday at 7:00 PM in the Frances Bernero Auditorium, Room 105. Faculty
and staff are free, while students are only $3. General admission is only
$5. All tickets can be purchased at the door. As the Birdie Fan Club would
say, “Be there or be square!”
