You must have your ID Card with you to pay for food with your debit account. If you do not have your ID card, you must pay cash. See Mr. Meyer in the cafeteria, Room 123, if you have any questions. Replacement ID Cards costs $5 and can be purchased in the library.

Watch WRHS Television on Comcast Cable Channel 19 and Digital 111.5 on Thursdays from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. It's the 10th season premiere of WRHS. That's 40 years of WRHS Television. October 9, 2008 at 7:00 PM is a double dose of Ms. Jennifer Buteyn The Scoop. See her in 2001-2002 when she was interviewed by Kurt Wachholder as a new science teacher. Then watch her new 2008 interview as Ridgewood's third principal with Joseph Venable. At 7:30 PM, Illinois Supreme Court Justice Rita Garman is our guest on episode 30 of Judicial Perspective. Congratulations to the Varsity Girls Volleyball team who went 3 and 0 at their tournament on Saturday. Merry Bruns had 17 kills and Tara McCormack had 15. Good job girls!

Three TV Shows in Two Days
The Multimedia Broadcast Club hasn't recorded the guest talk show The Scoop in a few weeks. So, to make up for it, we will tape TWO this week. Come to Room 152 at 3:05 PM on Monday, October 6th to record episode 213 with Peter Faulkner, Social Work Intern. Then be there on Tuesday, October 7th to record episode 214 with Bob Boyle, Social Studies Student Teacher. Plus, we will meet at a special time... 6:45 PM on Monday, October 6th to record the jazz-rock band on The Music Edge.

Yearbook Photo make up day
If you did not have your yearbook photograph taken, your last chance is this Tuesday, October 7th during study hall. This is for faculty/staff and freshmen, sophomores, and juniors only. Please get a pass from your study hall teacher and go to the Frances Bernero Auditorium, Room 105, to have your yearbook photo taken on Tuesday, October 7th during study hall.

Consumer Education Test
The Consumer Education Test will be given on Tuesday, October 7th at 8:00 AM in the cafeteria, Room 123. Spaces are limited! You must sign up in the Student Services Office (Guidance Office, Room 137) in order to sit for the exam.

Register to Vote and get some VHS
You can register to vote with Business Manager Ms. Cheryl Flinn, Building and Grounds Supervisor Mr. Pat Rossi and Media Production Supervisor Mr. Kevin Szaflik. If you register to vote, you can have a box with as many VHS videotapes as you'd like. They are blank and pre-recorded with movies, TV shows, sporting events and specials.
