Freshman Class Council Elections
Attention all freshmen! Petitions are now available for board position for your class council. Do you feel you have what it takes to be president, vice president, or secretary? Take charge of the class of 2012 and prepare to represent your class during homecoming as well as working next to class advisor Ms. Miller in planning out your prom. Stop by Mr. Parrillo's room, Room 149, today or tomorrow to pick up a petition sheet. Fill out the requested information and return it by the end of the day Wednesday. Elections will be held this Thursday during all lunches.

Please submit announcements early
Teachers: Announcements for "The Ridgewood Report" are due before 2 PM the previous school day. We try to get last minute announcements in before school and at the start of period 1, but because of the shortened schedule every Wednesdays, announcements submitted after 7:30 AM will run on Thursdays.

ABE Books
The Abraham Lincoln Books are flying off the shelves. When you are done reading your ABE books please return it to the library immediately. A lot of students are waiting to read these books and don't forget to turn in you ABE raffle forms. The first two winners will be announced on Friday, September 5th.

Any student who made up credits at Triton College
If you took college classes at Triton to make up credits, you are responsible for bringing your Triton transcript to the Guidance Office, Student Services Room 137. Some examples of these classes include "Being Successful in College" and "The World Wide Web." If we don't have the transcript, we can't award credit. Thanks!
