Triton College is offering an Electronic and Kinetic Sculpture Workshop over the summer that will be FREE to two Ridgewood students! If you are seriously interested in attending, see Mrs. Machaj in Room 120 for more information by 3:20 PM on Tuesday, May 20th.

Attention Juniors! Many of you are beginning to think about next year's prom. Please attend the Junior Class Council meetings to share your ideas. Meetings take place in Room 138 at 7:30 AM on Thursday mornings.

Mandatory Football Meeting
There will be a brief football meeting after school on Monday, May 19th in Room 133. This meeting is for all people interested in playing football next year and is for all levels (freshmen, sophomores, and varsity). We will discuss the plans for the summer. Again, this meeting is mandatory, so make sure you attend.

Watch WRHS Television on Comcast Cable Channel 19 and Digital 111.5 on Thursdays from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. May 22, 2008 at 7:00 PM should be a double dose of The Scoop. Episode 203 welcomes Math Teacher Halina Weiner and episode 205 features Special Education's Collen Fritsch. At 7:30 PM is The Music Edge with the Jazz Rock Band. Episode 113 is the Spring 2008 concert and episode 114 will be this Sunday's Pops Concert 2008. WRHS: Go Green!

Monday is the last day to get your cap and gown. Herff Jones will be here during lunch. If you have already ordered and paid for your cap and gown you can pick them up during lunch. If you need to pay for your cap and gown you must bring $45.00 cash on Monday. If you don't purchase a cap and gown you will NOT walk on stage for graduation.

Attention all Athletes: The 2008-2009 Sports Physicals are being given here at Ridgewood on May 22, 2008 right after school. The cost for this physical is $25.00. This may save time and money for your parents rather than taking you to your doctor. Please stop by the Athletic/Attendance Office, Room 141 and pick up the forms.

All Juniors and Sophomores who have enrolled for AP English next year must attend an informational meeting on Thursday, May 22nd after school in Rooms 149 and 142. Attention all student council members and those interested in contributing to next year's homecoming. Tomorrow, May 20th, at 7:30 AM, student council will hold its last meeting of the year in Room 149. We will be choosing homecoming themes to put on the ballot for the school-wide vote.
