Girls Soccer Team Wins Big!
Congratulations to the girls soccer team on their 6-0 victory over North Chicago Thursday. Six goals by six different players led a balanced offensive attack. Jasmine Saadeh, Gorana Micevic, Anna Morawiec, Ola Zalewski, Monika Kurzac, and Olivia Tyszkiewicz all found the back of the net for the Rebels. Gorana Micevic assisted on three of the goals while Erin Orland assisted on two. A special thanks to Varsity R and to all of the fans that came out in support of the girls soccer team!

JV Girls Soccer Team Beats Taft
Congratulations to the Junior Varsity Girls Soccer Team on their 2-0 victory last night at Taft. Jenny Speaker and Cassie Baker each scored a goal while a combined effort on defense helped earn the shutout.

See how Mortimer Brewster, a successful drama critic, handles his family of serial killer aunts, a brother who thinks he is Teddy Roosevelt, a sadistic evil Boris Karloff, and a whole family history of odd and peculiar behavior. Student tickets are only $3 and faculty and staff are FREE.

Variety Show Needs Your Talent!
There’s nothing better than wrapping up our school year with showcasing the talent of Ridgewood students, faculty and the community. We need you to participate in this year’s Variety Show on May 16th with Mr. Gates as this year’s emcee. Applications are available now in the library or see Mr. Smith for more details. If you can sing, play an instrument, juggle live animals, demonstrate the evolution of dance, perform sock puppet opera then you definitely need to be a part of this year’s v-show. Attention all Athletes: The 2008-2009 Sports Physicals are being given here at Ridgewood on May 22, 2008 right after school. The cost for this physical is $25.00.
